The Arts Digital Learning Equipment Office is open between 10am - 12am and 2pm - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Booking Procedure
Please do not communicate with ADL using the Notes function. Phone or email are the best ways to contact ADL.
Borrowing Checkout Procedure
Students must allow at least 20 minutes for equipment to be checked out.
Students
must electronically sign an Equipment Booking Form for every equipment booking.
Students
can alter their booking at the time of checkout if sufficient time and resources are available.

Returns Procedure
If students are returning equipment that was not booked out under their name,
then they must let ADL know at the time of return.
All
recorded footage on the camera must be copied onto a hard drive by the student
before returning the camera. Once returned, all cameras will be
re-formatted and all recorded footage will be deleted.
Students must charge all camera batteries before returning equipment.
Students
must allow at least 20 minutes for equipment to be checked in upon
return.
If
equipment is returned late, it is automatically recorded by the Online Booking System. Individuals returning equipment late repeatedly will be reported to the Unit Co-ordinator.
Students
must report any faulty, damaged, stolen or lost items to ADL Staff. Proven negligence may result in a ban or payment for the loss or damage.
